Every one in four employees and every top manager of EDS has been with the company for more than 10 years. EDS introduces all technicians to the obstacles and challenges that accompany retrofit work, seasoning its technicians with skills that can only be gained through troubleshooting experience, honing them into the best in Southern Nevada.
Every field technician employed by EDS is an F-Card holder and an OSHA 10 cardholder. It is company policy to keep all of our field technicians trained and current on product changes and operations. EDS provides all training necessary, sends technicians to factory-training, and participates in all relevant webinars.
We ensure that all company personnel are qualified to fill whatever gaps may arise unexpectedly. Our administrative operations are based on extremely efficient and thorough systems, providing a tremendous benefit to our valuable customers.
